LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City Council will hold a regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, NM. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting on Nov. 28, 2017
New Business:
A. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2017-30: a Resolution approving the Town of Silver City Supplemental Forty-Year Water Plan.

B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2017-31: a Resolution supporting an application to New Mexico Finance Authority under the Colonias Infrastructure Fund (for improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant).
C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2017-32: a Resolution supporting an application to New Mexico Finance Authority under the Colonias Infrastructure Fund (for Street and Drainage Improvements to Ridge Road, Phase I Construction).
D. Approval / Disapproval of Notice of Intent Ordinance No. 1265: an Ordinance amending Chapter 28, Sections 28-22 (Office created) and 28-27(b) (Compensation) of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Silver City.
E. Approval / Disapproval of the destruction of records from the following departments: Community Development, Executive, Finance, Library, Municipal Court, Police, Recreation Center, and Utilities. Quantity: 121 boxes.
F. Appointment to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
