A named female who has a CTW is on the property/caller does not feel comfortable opening the store with the female outside. Officer had contact with female at the Bayard Chevron.

Caller from FBI advised that a named female expressing she wants to kill people and herself/has been calling the FBI tip line all day. Caller called back advising female is out walking and is upset that the police are there/caller disconnected the line. Officer advised negative contact with female/household members advised they will . . .

Criminal trespass
Central Elementary School
Kids wrestling at the school. Caller called back advising kids are now trying to break in/they are on Oak Street. Officer had contact and kids were advised to leave and not come back.

Fight
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
In front of the store/both parties have left/they have video. Officer advised clear/they couldn’t get the video to work.

Boyfriend is refusing to leave/two weapons were on the living room table but caller no longer sees them there. Officer had contact with caller who wants a civil standby when male returns for his belongings.

Advised of a third party call advising a named individual is trying to get inside the residence/possibly under the influence of something. Officer advised subject left prior to arrival.

Domestic disturbance
N. Prescott Street
Two named individuals punched another named individual. Caller became uncooperative and said everything is okay and never mind/her sister does not need medical attention. Officer advised units clear/both parties separated.

Central Elementary – 211 Cedar Street
Caller advised both parties are intoxicated. Officer out at Prescott and Cedar/requesting other unit/has one in investigative detention.

S. Prescott Street
Male and female have been fighting and screaming all night long/caller advised if LE didn’t get an officer there ASAP, he was going to break the door down himself. Officer advised verbal argument between neighbors/everything is okay.

Suspicious vehicle

Officer had contact advising the white Kia Optima appears to have flat tires.

Dead deer on the side of the road. Will have someone remove the deer.

E. Morrow Street
A named male was at the house and he has a CTW/he drove away in a white Chevy Tahoe. He also took caller’s black LG 4k phone. Deputy issued the male an indefinite CTW for the address.

Caller said the named male is her boyfriend. Second party advised he’s just trying to leave and resides at this address but that he is ‘acting stupid’ and needs to leave. Could hear male yelling in the background. Caller advised they have his keys/he’s been drinking/he’s trying to walk home.
