"Now more than ever, our nation needs comprehensive tax reform that offers simplicity for New Mexican families, opens up opportunities for businesses to flourish, and allows America to be more competitive in the global market. New Mexicans deserve a tax system that allows them to keep more of their hard-earned money. The plan announced today by the Trump Administration is a great first step towards achieving these goals. Many discussions and debates remain in Congress as we work to finalize a plan that encourages growth in America's middle-class, attracts more businesses to enter the marketplace, and stimulates our economy on a federal and national level.
