Friday Dec 15, The Rifters will be in the house with some legendary Taos Country Music! Don Richmond, Rod Taylor, and Jim Bradley make up this country trio with beautiful three part harmonies and the music to back it up! The Rifters are well known for keeping the crowd moving so when you come out this Friday night, be sure to bring your dancing shoes! The Doors will open at 7PM and showtime will be at 8PM. $10 general admission and all ages welcome with parent/guardian supervision.
Saturday Dec 16, Jimmy Stadler presents Taos Charter School's Holiday Music Show! Come check out the talented youth of Taos at the KTAOS Solar Center! Upwards of 40 Taos Academy students will be performing in four different bands from 6-8PM. There is NO COVER, but a suggested donation which goes directly to benefit the Taos Academy Music Program. These kids are seriously talented, but with a teacher like Jimmy Stadler that is no surprise! Music starts at 6:30PM! All ages welcome and encouraged!
Friday Dec 22, Bob Andrews and Mina Tanks' Holiday Party! Join us for a very special Holiday Party hosted by Bob Andrews and Mina Tank! Mina and Bob debuted their duo act last year to packed houses, where Mina's soulful vocal talent and their unique harmonic blend delighted the crowd. Their repertoire is an infectious mix of both old and new selections. Bob Andrews and Mina Tank's Holiday Party! Music starts at 8PM, General Admission is only $8.
Friday December 29, A Special Holiday Concert with Max Gomez featuring Michael Hearne and Jed Zimmerman: The Ktaos Solar Center welcomes back Max Gomez for a Special Holiday Concert featuring Michael Hearne and Jed Zimmerman. Max Gomez, a young country musician prodigy, with two releases whose songs are filled with raw emotion and capture the spirit of those who have come before him. Since the 1970s, Michael Hearne has been known as the "Acoustic Southwestern Americana Musical Guitar Genius," inspired by the great Folk and Country singers of our time. Originally from Memphis, TN, Jed Zimmerman has been a nationally touring act for the better part of the last two decades, including a player for Michael Hearne's Big Barn Dance Music Festival.
