The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has
issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 1 PM to 9 PM MDT
Thursday.

* TIMING...Winds will increase and become windy by noon with
strongest winds between 3 pm and 7 pm. Winds will diminish after
dark.

* WINDS...West winds will have sustained speeds near 30 mph with
gusts around 40 to 50 mph.

* VISIBILITY...Blowing dust will reduce the visibility to less
than a mile over much of the area with the visibility under a
half mile across a few locations.

* IMPACTS...The blowing dust and low visibility will cause
dangerous driving conditions.
