Dan Burrell is Hunter Biden partner connected by Birenbaum to Goettsche, Augustus Intelligence and CryptoWatt, in New Mexico

New Mexico Businessman Daniel Burrell has now been the focus of several articles connecting schemes used to accept payments from foreign agents to Hunter Biden in the state of New Mexico. Briefs of three court cases provide details for BGK-Rosemont (2015-2016): Birenbaum v. Burrell, USA v. Goettsche, and Augustus Intelligence.

Birenbaum states that Burrell operated CryptoWatt, whose operational facility was located in Butte, MT, while domiciled in New Mexico. Pleadings show, "Burrell has been a resident of either Colorado or New Mexico […] Burrell and BDI's project-related activities were conducted in New Mexico, Colorado, and Montana." The court establishes the inception of CryptoWatt (2017), and that "By February 2018, Birenbaum had succeeded in getting the bitcoin mining facility on the cusp of being operational" before Birenbaum was removed from the facility by Burrell, who was the Chief Executive Officer of CryptoWatt at the time.

Former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson’s connection to Tri-Global and Rosemont Realty brings into focus Hunter Biden’s dealings with Burisma and the Aleman family of Mexico and outlines a distinct pattern of operations: Hunter Biden receives payments from foreign agents for action before the United States government.

A chronological timeline beginning with the inception of the Burrell Group and the Rosemont Credit Opportunities Fund (2008) and references in “Rosemont, Richardson, Burrell, and Burisma: Part One” introduces the incorporation of several Rosemont affiliated companies and the methods used by Dan Burrell, Bill Richardson, and Hunter Biden to direct funds into those entities. “Part One” concludes with the testimony of Devon Archer stating Hunter Biden and Bill Richardson used Rosemont affiliated companies for payments from foreign agents and companies.

Although the relationship between Daniel Burrell and Hunter Biden has been established, and the importance of the various Rosemont companies, a continued search of the evidence, including testimony given to the House Judiciary Committee by Devon Archer, now reveals Biden's business in conjunction with New Mexico can also be tied to the highly publicized dealings of Hunter Biden with Ukrainian gas company Burisma. Daniel Burrell's alliance with former Governor Bill Richardson, deceased, appears to be the missing link between Burisma, various Rosemont entities, and a continued list of conceivably criminal transactions. For clarity, it is important to arrange the events chronologically, to allow a side-by-side view in time.

Since the publication of “Burrell and Biden,' the U.S. House committees have continued probing into Hunter Biden’s alleged dealings for any evidence that might provide a definitive answer regarding his activities as a foreign agent and President Biden’s alleged involvement.

At the preliminary hearing on Sept. 28, 2023, the House Oversight Committee heard from a multitude of committee Representatives from various states, who stated a myriad of opinions regarding the impeachment inquiry’s foundational evidence.

Burrell and Biden: Behind the Scenes - New Mexico Businessmen

As threads continue to unravel in the ongoing investigations into Hunter Biden's misdeeds, it is worth reminding New Mexicans that this international story has direct ties to New Mexico. In December of 2019, TS Last wrote a piece called "There's a Hunter Biden Santa Fe Connection" which appeared in the Albuquerque Journal.

Among the focal points of the article was Daniel Burrell, of the Burrell College of Medicine, a for-profit medical school in Las Cruces.

Burrell is not a household name nationwide, but his business ties connect him to persons beyond well-known at a national level. Those ties include many in business and national politics that have deep and apparent involvement in Hunter Biden's questionable businesses. In late 2009, Burrell became CEO of BGK-Rosemont Realty. BGK was started by Eddie Gilbert, a man twice convicted of securities fraud as detailed in a Forbes article titled, "Eddie Gilbert Wants You To Buy In."
