The Beat charges $15 plus GRT per each legal notice that is not covered on an annual contract. Screenshot affidavits will be emailed at no extra charge.

For extra services, such as required notarized affidavits from a printout of a screenshot of the ad, it will be $25 per posting. If you want something posted three times, that will be the $45 plus $75 for a convenience fee.

Easter Holiday and Good Friday

In observance of the Easter Holiday and Good Friday, Silver Consolidated Schools will be closed on Friday, April 7, 2023 and Monday, April 10, 2023. The Administration Office will be closed on Friday, April 7, 2023 and resume regular working hours on Monday, April 10, 2023.
Silver and Cliff Students will return to school on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.

The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Closed Executive Session on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Red Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. This Meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) Strategic & Long Range Business Planning.
