In the last post, we looked at how eating members of the nightshade family can cause joint pain because of the chemical solanine.

Today, we'll explore how a growing number of people are having increased joint pain. It appears to be related to taking the injections pushed in the past couple of years. What wasn't told was that they depressed immunity and did not prevent people from getting covid.

I listened to a lengthy conference featuring Dr. Bryan Ardis as one of the speakers. His wife had become very ill and he worked to discover the cause. She had tinnitus so loud it interfered with her ability to hear. She could no longer taste or smell. This and other symptoms had gone on for over two years.

In doing specialized blood work he was confounded to discover that she had venom in her blood! He, on a hunch, had Roundup tested & found that it also had venoms!

To make a long story short, as he further investigated he found that smokers were not as affected by either the vax or covid. He wondered why and found it was because there were nicotine receptors on every cell in the body.

That seems odd to us until we read the rest of the story. It appears that a complicated chemical dance occurs in bodies that have had the toxins of venoms placed within. They interfere with the proper function of body cells, glands and organs by overwhelming those receptors with their toxins. However, if nicotine is taken in the form of gum or patches, it prevents the entrance of the toxins and there are fewer symptoms.

Careful tests found that nicotine itself was not addictive. So why have we thought that cigarette smoking was addictive? Exploring that further, this amazing researcher discovered that some decades ago, tobacco companies wanted people to become addicted to their products!

They actually hired chemists to find an addictive chemical they could add to cigarettes, tobacco, snuff, etc. They came up with one, pyrazine. It's such an addictive chemical that it will trigger a compulsion to whatever substance it's added to. (How about addiction to broccoli, or bananas?)

So, tobacco companies added pyrazine and their sales began to escalate and eventually go through the roof compared to what they had been, and no one was the wiser.

Dr. Ardis had his wife chew nicotine gum for 10 minutes at a time and spit it out. She was to repeat it 4 times a day. On the third day, her hearing was suddenly restored. Her sense of taste and smell came back and brain fog left, along with other symptoms.

He also found a number of foods that had nicotine in them. Eggplant had the highest concentration.

Here are other foods that also had nicotine: Apples, carrots, cauliflower, celery, garlic, mint, papayas and red tomatoes. Green tomatoes had an even higher amount of nicotine than red. If you remember, eggplant, tomatoes, and tobacco were all in the nightshade family.

Other foods and herbs that contained some amount of nicotine were: apple cider vinegar, black walnut, cauliflower, coconut oil, curcumin, garlic, ginger, grapefruit seeds, mint, olive leaf, oregano, pineapple, propolis and thyme.

As a nurse and researcher, something was bothering me about the use of nicotine. It was especially concerning that Dr. Ardis' wife's symptoms returned if she stopped chewing the gum.

I had studied vitamins for decades and recalled that a certain vitamin was chemically called nicotinic acid. Then I found it. Niacin. No wonder every cell in the body responds to nicotine. It was chemically close enough to nicotinic acid or niacin that it would work in similar ways.

Let's explore what niacin does in the body

Niacin is vitamin B3. Niacinamide is a form of B3. Both work in similar ways, but have some important differences. I once took a high dose of niacin and felt like an earthquake went off in my stomach along with a volcano. Every breath was hot. Later, I saw that it dilates many blood vessels, causing a great flush, which explained my symtoms and was why my face looked sunburned.

Niacinamide, on the other hand, does not cause such a reaction. Neither will it lower blood levels of cholesterol as niacin does.

Benefits of niacin : It works with 400 enzymes in the body, converts nutrients into energy, helps create and repair DNA, and has antioxidant (protective) effects.

A deficiency of niacin can cause birth defects and elevated cholesterol, and a strong lack can cause a condition called pellagra. That disorder causes the 3 Ds: depression, diarrhea, and dementia. A lack can also be a cause of headaches, memory loss, mouth sores, bright red tongue, severe fatigue, scaly rashes, and constipation.

Because this family is so important, I'll explore it more fully in the next post. However, the thing I want to leave with you is this. The nightshade family may create symptoms in some people and yet be very helpful to others.

Our "bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made." Our heritage, which for some of us is like a melting pot, may equip us to be non-reactive to certain foods. On the other hand, others with a different genetic makeup may have difficulties that we can only imagine. All from the same food or food family.

Learn to pay attention to what your body is telling you. Certain chemicals may very well be detrimental to you with your heritage. A general rule of thumb is this: If it's a naturally created substance or food, most people will tolerate it well.

If it's a manmade substance, there's a good chance your body will not be happy with it. Sometimes we get a warning in our gut. An uneasy feeling. Better pay attention to it! It may be your "gut-brain" acting as your early warning system.

With all of the manipulation going on in so many ways, even in our foods, try to eat your foods from reliable and as nearly natural sources as possible.
